Can I buy property in India as an NRI?+

Yes. NRIs and PIOs can buy residential and commercial property freely, except agricultural land, plantations and farmhouses. We help you choose what's permissible.

How do I pay without flying down?+

Funds can move via NRE/NRO/FCNR accounts. We coordinate with your bank for token, registry payments and TDS compliance. Power-of-attorney optional but supported.

Can I sell or rent out from abroad?+

Absolutely. We manage tenant onboarding, monthly rent collection in your NRO account, and handle the property end-to-end while you're away.

Is the rental yield repatriable?+

Up to USD 1 million per financial year is repatriable from your NRO account, after applicable tax certification (15CA/15CB). We loop in CAs we trust.
